Toll A$$ Mo Takes Legal Action Against Lerato Moloi. The case has been going on for a couple of years now, and finally judgement has been rendered. Toll A$$ Mo was acquitted of the sexual assault allegations made against him by Lerato Moloi.
If you haven’t been following the case, back in June 2020, Lerato took to social media to speak about her own traumatic experiences of sexual harassment. The model and actress named Tol A$$ Mo as the perpetrator, who sexually assaulted her on set when they were working on a television production in Paarl, Western Cape. A couple of days later Lerato was arrested for refusing to take down the tweet about the alleged sexual assault.
Toll A$$ Mo, who maintained his innocence throughout, states he suffered some irreparable damage to his reputation and career. The award winning comedian, TV personality and reality show star has now filed charges of defamation of character and civil charges with regards to total legal costs incurred and comprehensive loss of income due to the accusations.
“I am currently pursuing charges of slander, defamation of character as well as malicious prosecution and civil charges to cover total legal costs incurred and comprehensive loss of income suffered during this time against Ms. Moloi, Tol A$$ Mo said.
He directed any further questions to their family spokesperson Mike Bolhuis.
