My Kitchen Rules South Africa Back for Season IV. One of the most loved cook shows in the country is back for yet another season. M-Net has just announced the return of their hit show My Kitchen Rules South Africa.
The South African version of My Kitchen Rules, started back in 2017, where we got to witness the knives come out and all kinds of drama as well as delectable dishes unfold. The show was such a success such that on Sunday 3 June 2018 it returned for the second season. In August 2021, My Kitchen Rules returned for its 3rd season.
Well, well , well, what do you know! Five years since its launch My Kitchen Rules is here for season four with new kitchens, new food and moreover, new drama. Once again we will get to see celebrity chef, author and award winning musician J’Something and restaurateur extraordinaire David Higgs reprising their roles as the show’s judges. This new season will start on 04 Sunday September at 18:00 on M-Net.
