Lasizwe On How It Feels Watching His Getting Sister Roasted. The day that so many people have been waiting with baited breath for, finally arrived. Monday evening The Roast of Khanyi Mbau was broadcast on Showmax as well as Comedy Central channel 122.

Khanyi Mbau made history as the first female roastee on the latest African edition of the Comedy Central Roast. The media personality, actress, musician and reality TV star has been in the industry for so many years, and is still relevant to date. Khanyi sometimes labels herself, the original Slay Queen ans well as the Queen of Bling. Well, this is simply because of her lavish lifestyle and history of dating wealthy man.

She is also open about the cosmetic surgeries she does, which include bleaching of her skin. As someone who is always making headlines because of her life choices, it went without saying that the Roast of Khanyi was going to be one for the books.

Mpho Popps did not disappoint as the roast master, as he dished out joke after joke. The panel was made up of well known personalities John Vlismas, Sello Maake kaNcube, Celeste Ntuli, Youngster CPT, Devi Sankaree, Sol Phenduka, Nadia Nakai, Selbeyonce and Tbo Touch. Everyone of the panelists fired shots at each other, at Khanyi and also acknowledged her for her contribution in the industry.

Khany;s brother Lasizwe joined the trends on Twitter as tweeps spoke about the roast. For him it was a bit uncomfortable though, because it was his sister on the hot seat. Lasizwe stated that watching Khanyi being roasted stung a bit.

Other celebrities also shared their views on the roast, among them Tbo Touch, who was not happy about how the show was edited.
