Just the other day, the affluent entrepreneur, multi award winning DJ and reality show star was trending on social media for not so great news. One of Hair Majesty By DJ Zinhle customers complained that the product she got was of very low quality, and she wasn’t happy about the service also. A lot of social media users then dragged Zinhle saying she only sells quality products to her fellow celebs. Others also complained that she has mean girl energy, and get arrogant when customers air their grievances.
In the midst of it all, Zinhle stated that she has reached out to the customer to sort things out. While some people are still caught up on that, Zinhle has moved on, and working on making themselves visible to more clientele. She just took to Twitter to show off a construction/renovation in process, and it happens to be a store where Hair Majesty By DJ Zinhle will be sold.
Now instead of people buying online, which can be quite tricky, customers will physically make it to the store to make a purchase. No more receiving a product that doesn’t look like what you saw on the website. The move will also create more employment opportunities for young people out there.
