Having noted that though there are times where mistakes are made and customer care is compromised. This is what recently happened with Hair Majesty By DJ Zinhle brand. One of the hair brand customers complained that the product she got was of very low quality, and she wasn’t happy about the service also.

DJ Zinhle was then dragged by social media users saying she only sells quality products to her fellow celebrities. Her response on the matter only made things worse. It made most people that she has mean girl energy, and gets arrogant when customers air their grievances.

Well, to err is human, and these mistakes are common, even from an affluent businesswoman like Zinhle. The good thing is that she has humbled herself enough to see that she was on the wrong. The musician, reality show star and businesswoman has issued out a statement accepting her faults and promising to deal with clients’ queries professionally in future.

As a business woman, I’m humbled by recent events and want to take this opportunity to inform you that we are taking all feedback seriously and are doing everything in our power to ensure that our customer promises are being met,” Zinhle said.
