Bonko Khoza Celebrates His Iconic Magazine Cover. One thing about The Wife, it has shown us that we have the best actors here in SA. Although most of the cast members have been on other shows before, they will always be mostly recognized for their roles on the Showmax series.
One such actor is Bonko Khoza, who plays the lead role of Mqhele Zulu. Bonko has been part of two season of the hit telenovela series, and many forms identifies him with the role. The Wife Series is centered around the lives of eight Zulu brothers, a formidable crime family from Greytown, KZN. It tells love stories through the eyes of the wives who fall in love with the tall, dark and dangerous brothers.
Sadly, Bonko won’t be returning for the 3rd season. His role will be taken over by another talented actor, Wiseman Mncube who is more than ready for the task. This however, is not the end for Bonko, who without a doubt has other projects lined up.
For one, the actor and voice over artist has just done a cool cover with GQ Best Dressed issue. He has been featured together with other three breakout actors doing amazing things in the industry. The four have taken centre stage, claiming a spotlight in the inudtry. Inside the issue, GQ sat down with each of them to discuss life, working in the entertainment industry, reaching new heights and what sparks their passion.
