At the beginning of the year, Ferguson Films casting director Lesedi Matsunyane shared that they were looking for four male actors to play the characters of Brutus Khoza’s sons on Mzansi Magic’s telenovela, The Queen. Ntobeko Mathebula is among those who tried their luck, and he got the job.
1. Ntobeko Mathebula was born on the 23rd of April in 2000. He is 22 years old.
2. Raised by his great-grandparents in Mpumalanga, he later moved to Diepkloof in Soweto where he completed his high-school years.
3. The upcoming actor did a few short courses at the Joburg Market Theatre, which equipped him with some skills that he is using on his current role.
4. He has been in the industry for almost five years but his big break came when he auditioned for a role in the popular weekday telenovela The Queen.
5. Ntobeko plays the role of Cebo’elihle on Mzansi Magic’s The Queen. This is his first TV role after being unsuccessful at auditions for years.
