The multi-award winning rapper, producer, singer, songwriter, and fashion designer always stole the show with his avant-garde outfits. Riky founded record label Cotton Club Records which he had since expanded into a music festival, lifestyle and clothing brand, Cotton Fest. He was a force to be reckoned with in the fashion industry, and inspired a lot of people to dress better.
Sadly Riky passed away on 23 February 2022 at the young age 34 while he still had a lot to offer. The cause of death was reported as suicide after a lengthy battle with depression. Although he is no more, Riky is still very much part of many people’s lives, and they do all they can to honor his legacy.
One person who just paid tribute to Riky Rick is Lerato Sengadi. The reality TV star and PR personnel has just gotten a tattoo on her arm in honor of the late star. She had “We Never Die We Multiply”, tattooed on her arm, which was Riky’s catchphrase over the past few years. Below that, she also tattooed “Bosso,” which was her late husband, HHP’s alias, along with Boss Zonke, which was one of Riky’s many nicknames.
