Beware!!! : A New Method Scammers Are Using To Steal Money From Your Account!

FNB has just announced a new method being used by scammers to steal money from people’s account . Check it out below!

How you get caught

1. You will receive an email informing you that your OTP service has successfully been deactivated. Fraudsters provide a link in the email for you to re-activate the OTP service.

2. When you select the link in the email, you will be redirected to a fake website that mimics fnb.co.za. In an attempt to steal your banking details you will be requested to login.

3. You will then be presented with a second login screen requesting your OTP (One Time PIN).

4. Another login screen will request your card number and ATM PIN.

5. When you enter your details on these screens, the fraudsters will be in a position to access your banking profile.
