Some of our top designers like Gert Johan-Cotzee, Maxhosa by Laduma, Rich Mnisi and David Tlale, have dressed quite a number of international superstars, and we are here for it.
Another one of our designers who have dressed a couple of international personalities is Thebe Magugu. Earlier this year, American reality TV star and businesswoman Kylie Jenner rocked an item from his AW21’s ‘Alchemy’ collection. Kylie looked all kinds of classy in a caped shoulder wool suit, making Thebe all proud. The collection, which embraces the world of healers, has become a hit both locally and internationally.
Four months later, Thebe gets to dress another international star, Rihanna. The multi-award winning Barbadian singer-songwriter and businesswoman rocked a Thebe Magugu Merino wool fringe knitted dress that has a detachable bralette. The outfit also comes from AW21’s Alchemy collection.
Rihanna wore the cool outfit on Tuesday when she announced on social media that her Fenty line of makeup and skincare products will officially become available in some African countries. South Africa has been included among those countries, and the excitement is out of this world. The much loved beauty products will be sold locally in Arc Stores and Edgars.
