Flabba’s Murder Accused Sindisiwe Precious Manqele Released on Parole

Flabba’s Murder Accused Sindisiwe Precious Manqele Released on Parole. On the 9th of March, 2015 South Africa lost one of the country’s most talented rappers Nkululeko Habedi, popularly known as Flabba. He was allegedly stabbed to death by his girlfriend, Sindisiwe Precious Manqele.

Flabba was stabbed by his girlfriend during a lover’s quarrel at his home in Alexandra, Johannesburg. Manqele was then found guilty of the murder in December 2015, after months of court sessions. Judge Solly Sithole rejected Manqele’s version of defense, saying there was no reasonable relationship with her attack and the actions of the slain Flabba. On March 2016, Manqele was then sentenced to 12 years for the murder of Flabba.

While she was in prison Manqele continued with her studies, and through hard work, persistence, and dedication, she managed to graduate from the University of South Africa with Honors in Business Management. This is prove that prison doesn’t have to be the end of the road, but a chance for an individual to introspect and do better.

There is more good news for Manqele, her family as well as well wishers. She has been placed on parole, effectively from today, and the Department of Correctional Services has confirmed the news with a media statement.
