“I Truly Never Saw This Day Coming,” Tbo Touch on His Return to Metro FM. Just as expected he is at the top of Twitter trends today. Yes, the talented Tbo Touch has finally made his anticipated debut, as he returned to Metro FM. Together with Khutso Theledi and Proverb, Touch has joined the SABC radio’s interesting 2022/2023 lineup.

Touch is back after leaving the station six years ago after being with them for 11 years. He reportedly packed his bags after the SABC refused to deny reports that he had been taken off air for a week for refusing to read a Hyundai advert, to which the SABC later lost R15-million worth of advertising. The good thing is that no bridges were burned and fences have been mended,

The veteran media personality and entrepreneur is back as the host of afternoon drive time show, The Touchdown which airs every weekday, Monday to Friday at 15:00 – 18:00. Touch took over from DJ Spectacular, and Naves, who now host Kings of the Weekend every Saturday from 19:00-22:00. On his first day back at Metro, Touch expressed nothing but gratitude to those who have been supportive.

“I truly never saw this day coming. I want to thank each and every single one of you for giving me the reason to go back!!!! This for you. #TheTouchdown,” Tbo Touch expressed his gratitude.
