“I am a Whole Wife,” Asavela Mngqithi Announces She is Married. A lot of activities do take place on long weekends. People visit their families and friends, others go on holiday some throw massive parties, while others like Asavel Mngqithi get married to their partners.

It is quite the norm with celebrities to make their wedding day celebrations a big deal. Months before the wedding, the public is already aware of what is happening. Both social media and the mainstream media, go abuzz about the big day before it even happens. Some celeb couples even capitalize on the hype by making television documentaries, for the masses to also witness their wedding celebrations.

Having noted that, there are still celebs who prefer to keep their big day from the public eye and the media. The likes of Thembisa Nxumalo, Amo Chidi and Amanda duPont are among those who had low-key wedding celebrations. It was only after they got married, that the public became aware of their new marital status. Asavela has just joined in to be another celeb with a low-key wedding celebration.

The former Isibaya actress and influencer got married this past Friday, and now she is officially Mrs Mqokiyana. Doing it her own way, Asavela took to social media to announce that she is now someone’s wife. She shared a series of pictures, of herself and family members celebrating her big day.

Asavela, however hasn’t shared pictures of her husband, nor said much about him. One thing for sure though is that she is happy, and we are here for it. Congratulations are in order for the newly wed and we wish her nothing but the best.

“On Friday I officially became Mrs Mqokiyana,” Asavela announced.
