Dumi Mkokstad Returns to Uzalo for His Cameo Role. Uzalo recently beefed up its cast members and we are up for a thrill. The likes of Omuhle Gela, Thembi Nyandeni, Siyabonga Radebe and Vikizitha Magwaza are some of the talented cast members joining the SABC1 hit drama.
Fans will also be happy that Dumi Mkokstad is back to continue with his cameo role. Not only is he an exceptional musician and a songwriter, Mkokstad is also an actor of note. Monday night he made his return to Uzalo, impressing viewers with his acting skills.
The award winning gospel singer and songwriter appeared as himself in a role where he has a scene with Mbatha, a character played by Thabo Mnguni. Mbatha who is a member of the KwaMashu Christian Centre (KFC) has decided to give his church a make over. He then attempts to hijack the church from pastor Sambulo renaming it Khethukuthula Family Church (KFC) and he now also goes by Pope Evangelist Mbatha.
Mbatha faces a lawsuit from Mkokstad for spreading false information about him performing on the day of his new KFC launch. Mkodstad then appears on the show to reprimand the infamous Mbatha. We definitely can’t wait to see how Mbatha gets himself out of this mess.
