Robert Marawa Bags Yet Another Cool Ambassadorship Gig. When one door closes, several doors open. All you have to do is know which one to knock at. This is definitely the case with Robert Marawa. Four months ago, SABC parted ways with him as an anchor of MSW radio show on Metro FM and Radio 2000. That though, was not the end of his career as bigger things have come his way.
At the beginning of November the veteran media personality and sports anchor, announced that he was a member of the Lexus South Africa family as an ambassador. Marawa came right in time as the luxury car brand launches its Lexus IS 300 F model. He regarded the cool gig as an honor, and shared some cool pictures with a brand new set of wheels.
As if that was not enough good news, a few weeks ago Marawa announced his return to the airwaves. He has partnered with Arena Holdings to broadcast his award-winning sports show, Marawa Sport Worldwide (MSW) live on platforms such as SowetanLIVE website, Vuma FM in KwaZulu-Natal and Rise FM in Mpumalanga. MSW will be streamed live every Monday to Friday in these three platforms simultaneously.
More big moves for Marawa, this time around as a brand ambassador once again. He has been hinting on his Twitter account that he is about to make a big announcement. Marawa has officially joined the Hollywood Bets family, as their new ambassador. Hollywood Bets is the home of Horse Racing and Sports Betting in South Africa, and as a dedicated sportscaster, we love this for Marawa.
