Evodia Mogase Pens a Touching Tribute to the Late Housewives of Johannesburg Star Naledi Willers. After being around our colleagues for some time, they eventually become family. This is exactly what happens in reality shows like The Reals Housewives of Johannesburg. As much as there is always intense competition, arguments, back stabbing and gossiping at the end of the day, the women form a bond by virtue of them spending a lot of time together.
On the first season of Real Housewives of Johannesburg, we got introduced to phenomenal women, Evodia Mogase, Mercy Mogase, Brinnete Seopela, Christall Kay, Busisiwe Ter Mors and Naledi Willers. The show became an instant hit, as these women showed us what living soft is all about. When the second season came, only Christall and Brinnete returned, and the rest of the ladies went on to do their own things.
Naledi, who did not return for season II, continued with her law degree, and eventually graduated. Sadly, the reality TV star and beauty queen was diagnosed with stage 2 triple negative breast cancer in November 2019. Although she fought hard to keep the cancer at bay, Naledi unfortunately lost the battle on Tuesday 07 December. This came as a shock to a lot of people, more so since they were not aware it was that bad.
As tributes poured in for Naledi, some of the ladies from Real Housewives of Johannesburg also said something. Brinnete and Christall shared picture of Naledi on their IG stories, while Evodia penned a touching tribute for her former colleague.
“You will be deeply missed ?memories will remain . Death be no proud… May Your Soul Rest In Eternal Peace My ? My condolences to the family,” Evodia said.
