Just recently South Africa got introduced to Molemo Tlali who played, Khumo Sebata on the show. Now we get to see another talented young man Lebohang Msiza do his thing on the Mzansi Magic hit telenovela.
Lebo has been around, and appeared on a number of shows, but it goes without saying that this is one of his biggest gigs ever. Learn more about him from the 10 facts below;
1. 29 year old Lebohang Msiza hails from Kwa-Thema.
2. Lebohang grew up with both parents, has an older sister and a brother and is the last born. His family is Goldy, and he is also a staunch Christian, who does everything with faith.
3. He dropped out of second year when he was doing an accounting degree because he just could not shake off the acting bug.
4. To make ends meet, Lebo went on to work at a hair salon as a barber in order to make money to go to auditions. He also attended an acting academy on the side.
5. Although he started out as a dancer, Lebo has always been passionate about acting and only started to pursue his dream in 2014.
6. The talented actor gained popularity after he became a finalist on SABC3 talent search competition series The Final Cut, in 2017.
7. Lebo has appeared on SABC1 soapie Generations (as a journalist). He has also appeared on major shows such as Rhythm City, Maseko Ties, Ring of Lies and Now or Never. Lebo has also done a couple of TV commercials for major brands.
8. Many came to know him as Nkosana from SABC2 telenovela Lithapo. His character got under people’s skins because of his unbelievable sense of entitlement and his narcissistic personality. Nkosana came from a home of milk and honey.
9. A few months ago, Lebo bagged another major gig on Mzansi Magic hit telenovela, The Queen. He plays Clive, a rich man who is currently all about spoiling the woman in his life.
10. Clive is the latest heartthrob to join the telenovela as the love interest of Akhona, played by Khanya Mkangisa. Lebo stated that there is more to Clive than meets the eye, and we can’t wait for the drama.
