Lorna Maseko Bags A Cool TV Hosting Gig. It is a great thing to get hosting gigs every now and then, but nothing beats getting gigs about things that are close to your heart. That is the case with Lorna Maseko, who has been bagging cooking gigs for years now. It is no secret that when it comes to impressive culinary skills, Lorna comes second to none.
The media personality, celebrity chef and author, will host a new lifestyle series, Homegrown Tastes South Africa. The show will see, Lorna takes a journey across South Africa, to meet South African celebrities, South African chefs, producers and restaurant owners. In each episode Lorna will prepare her own interpretation for local chefs and celebrities.
Local celebs such as Dineo Langa and Thembisa Nxumalo, joined tweeps to congratulate Lorna. The BBC Lifestyle 10 episode show which is currently being filmed will air in 2022.

Just like the past year, 2021 has been a great year for Lorna. She has achieved so much through her cooking skills, and constantly gets the recognition she deserves. A week ago, Lorna made it on Tropics Magazine‘s Top 500+ annual powerlist influential Africans. Other South Africans on the list include Bonang Matheba, DR Precious Motsepe, Refilwe Modiselle, Caster Semenya, Cassper Nyovest and many others.
