The reality of the matter is that, only a few practice what they preach. Social media users are forever judging others, making others feel small all the time over the personal choices they have made.

Case in point will be the decision to not get married or have children by some of our personalities. The likes of Bonang Matheba, Boity Thulo, Ntsiki Mazwai and so many others are always judged because they are not married and have no kids. It gets worse when their peers, continue to share good news of pregnancies and wedding announcements. But honestly, taking such big steps in life is not easy for some, no matter how old they are or how much money they have.

Of all these women, Bonang seems to be the one who constantly gets attacked. There are always posts on social media about her being a woman of a particular age but has no family of her own. A social media user recently brought this up, and Bonang put them in place fast with a fierce clap back. The message really landed because the message was deleted ASAP, and the account also seems to have been deactivated.

Another social media user, who clearly didn’t read the room tried to come to Bonang’s defense saying maybe she cant have kids. The celebrated media personality and entrepreneur then put it out there that Twitter is such an awful place.
