Bonang Celebrates House of BNG Latest Partnership Despite Ownership Dispute. Things just got interesting. A week ago, Bonag Matheba took to Twitter where she opened a space to drop a bombshell. She spoke about how her former agency CSA Global did her bad. The celebrated media personality also announced that she has terminated her contract with them.
Bonang also advised young people looking to thrive in the entertainment industry on how to deal with agencies, using her recent failed relationship with CSA Global to tell what “red flags” to look out for.
According to reports, the dispute between her and CSA relates to ownership of The House of BNG. The agency allegedly negotiated directly with her wine making partners, Vino Ventures, and split the partnership between them, cutting her out as a shareholder. CSA, vehemently denied any wrongdoing, saying it has acted within the terms of the contract.
“Today I wish to share with you some disturbing news. Over the last few years I have been in a business relationship with a management group to represent my brand. I have put my trust in them and gave them stewardship over brand Bonang to build and support it across all mediums, including entertainment, fashion and entrepreneurship. ” Matheba said.
“There is no merit in these scandalous allegations. We look forward to the day in court with Bonang, exposing the [falsehoods] and half-truths that she has been spreading……Matheba is currently in breach of multiple contracts with various clients as she has been absent to these brands and indeed her own for the past six months. The matter is currently with our legal team, who are awaiting a response to various letters sent to Ms Matheba’s lawyer,” the agency said.
While many are still waiting for the outcome of this battle, Bonang has just taken to social media to celebrate yet another deal of House of BNG. The luxury beverage has partnered with Rochelle’s Table pop up experienced which will take place on the 13th of November.
