This Is Not Goodbye, This is Till We Meet Again,” Sivenathi Mabuya on Her Scandal! Exit. Scandal! fans continue to suffer heartbreak after heartbreak. The hit e.tv soapie is bidding farewell to a number of its talented cast members. Just recently, lead actors like Brighton Ngoma, Patrick Mofokeng, Hungani Ndlovu, Lusanda Mbane, Khulu Skenjane and Simo Magwaza.

Scandal! is bidding farewell to yet another talent. Sivenathi Mabuya who plays Xolile Langa on the show has just announced her exit. According to the talented actress she made a subtle exit to Scandal! this past Friday, when her mother, Boniswa Langa (played by Lusanda Mbane) was killed by her mother in law, Grace Medupe.

“So on Friday we said a very subtle peace out to Xolile Langa. Yes I can now finally say it out loud that we won’t be seeing her for a while?

To exit the very same way she came into our lives was homage to the true nature of her being… putting family first.
That’s what we had in common; the love of family, ” Sivenathi announced.

Speaking about her character XoliIe, Sivenathi says what will always stand out is her growth.  “From being Xolile Langa, to Xolile Langa Mayiza, to finally Xolile Langa-Medupe. And what a journey that was,” she gushed.

Although her departure is sad news to her fans, Sivenathi assured them that this exit is only temporary, as her character might make a comeback. After all, the character was not killed, so anything can happen. She thanked them for the love, support and recognition, for the past 4years which have been nothing but magical.
