Unathi Remembers Her Late Friend Lebo Mathosa in a Heartfelt Post. On the 23rd of October 2006, South Africa was robbed of a legend. Lebo Mathosa became a statistic when she lost her life in a road accident. Mathosa was traveling with her driver when he lost control of the car, leading to them crashing into a tree. She is said to have died instantly.
Every year on the anniversary of her death, South Africa remembers the legendary artists and actress. Today, however is not a special day linked to Lebo, but friendships bonds gets to be celebrated any day. Her friend Unathi has been thinking about her lately, and took to social media to share just how special Lebo was to her.
The media personality and musician remembered the weekend of Lebo’s passing where she summoned her, Thembi Seete as well as Tha to come be with her. Unathi stated that this was unusual, but they found it amusing nonetheless. They spent the afternoon and night having fun. Little did they know that would be the last time they see her.

How on the weekend of your passing you summoned Thembi, Tha and I on the Friday to come and be with you. Something you had never done before but we found it thoroughly amusing. How we spent the afternoon and into the night dancing and laughing at Hyatt, which is now closed baby.
