Former Skeem Saam Actress Pearl Nikolic Becomes A Pastor (Sonti). A number of our celebrities at some point in their lives turned over a new leaf and became pastors. One of the is Kabelo Mabalane who was once a drug addict. The musician who has been through trials and tribulations is now a pastor. Other celebrities who became pastors are, Pushie Watson, Benjamin Dube, Dr Tumi and Khaya Mthethwa.
There are also other local celebrities who are have dedicated their lives to Christ and constantly preach on social media. Among those include Connie Ferguson and her late husband Shona, Zizo Tshwete, Rorisang Thandekiso and Phindile Gwala.
Well, there is a new pastor in the block, and it is a famous personality. Pearl Nikolic, recently revealed that she gave her first sermon as a pastor. She was overjoyed as her family among them, mother, grandparents, aunts, friends and more came to support her on her big day.
“Support Structure ??????♥️ when they heard I will be doing my first Preaching yesterday…. They came to witness God’s Grace and Glory??. I appreciate you all so much. May God increase you and bless you all ♥️♥️ I love you all,” Pearl said.
Many know Pearl from Skeem Saam where she played the role of Sontaga Magongwa. Sonti was born and bred in Ga-Mashashane village before relocating to Turfloop township. She stayed with her sister Mapitse in her flat, and was an aspiring business woman, who got burst along the way. Pearl left the show after playing the role for five years.
Pearl married in 2019 married to her partner Nikolic. The couple had their wedding in Bulgaria and traveled to Montenegro for their honeymoon. She is also a doting mother to her two children.
