DJ Zinhle Bags Gig In A New Reality Show. When one door closes, other doors open. This is the case with DJ Zinhle, who has reportedly shut down her luxury furniture store, Jiyane Atelier. There are reports that the company has been in the process of liquidation since November last year and is facing de-registration due to annual return non-compliance.
The celebrated multi-award DJ and entrepreneur did not let this affect her winning ways. She recently dropped a new single, Thula, in which she collaborated with Cici. The song is already receiving massive attention on radio stations across the country.
On top of everything else, Zinhle is part of a new reality TV show, The Lucky Star CoLab. Hosted by Kim Jayde, the Mzansi Magic show will feature 24 of South Africa’s best creatives in fashion, music and photography to show viewers what they can cook in the Lab. In each category, the winner will get to walkaway with a cash prize of R100 000.
Zinhle has been roped in as a resident guest Guru. The Music Guru is none other than rapper and media personality Siya Metane, popularly known as Slikour. The photographer guru who will be looking for the dopest shots, is renowned celebrity photographer, Austin Malema. On the fashion hot seat will be the gorgeous Yasmin Furmie.
The Lucky Star CoLab, will air exclusively on Mzansi Magic channel 161 starting on the 27th of July 2023 at 21:30.
