In just a space of a few weeks, Thuso Mbedu has already bagged herself several interviews on leading American talk shows. She has also been featured on a number of international publications including, Essence Magazine, Vogue Magazine and Elle Magazine. All of these publications hailed Thuso as the next big thing to look out for.
On TV, Thuso has been interview by Hollywood giants such as Oprah Winfrey, Trevor Noah and most recently Ellen DeGeneres on the Ellen show. Speaking with Ellen, the award winning actress gushed over her role on Amazon Prime Video series, The Underground Railroad. Thuso plays the character of Cora Randall, a young woman who escapes the Georgia plantation where she has spent her entire life in bondage.
