Vacancy: Support Helpdesk Administrator

National Telecoms Company, based in Illovo (Johannesburg), is seeking to appoint a Tier 1 Customer Support Helpdesk Administrator.
 
Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer services support within Helpdesk environment
  • Management of customer relationships
  • Reporting


Knowledge & Experience:

  • Matric (essential)
  • 2 Years’ telecoms helpdesk experience
  • Experience within the telecoms industry
  • Knowledge and experience in VoIP industry (advantageous)
