Levels! Lasizwe Gets International Recognition. When most people use the internet for research or just to brows for fun, some are making a living out of it. One of those is Lasizwe Dambuza who is a renowned YouTube content creator. Lasizwe became an internet celebrity by uploading videos of himself interpreting how South Africans act on social media.
The media personality and reality show star shares content that has people always hooked to his channel. Lasizwe’s YouTuber videos have more than 69,6 million views and he boasts over 600k subscribers on his channel. Because of his amazing work, in April 2019, Lasizwe received the silver play button from YouTube for reaching 100,000 subscribers.
Beginning of this year, Lasizwe and other local YouTube content creators such as, Nicolette Mashile, Kay Ngonyama, Lasizwe Dambuza, Thato Rampedi and MacG, made it among YouTube content creators who are making waves out there. They are part of the 132 creators and artists from around the world who are the inaugural #YoutubeBlack Black Voices Fund class of 2021.
