Waking up everyday to put food on the table, and provide other necessities for them takes a lot of sacrifice. That is why Lamiez Holworthy is all emotional after what her daughter Nia did for her.
The talented media personality and DJ, had her day made when Nia wrote a piece about her at school. The little girl wrote about how she spent her holidays, and mentioned that she celebrated with her mother who recently got a new job at Metro FM. Nia is Khuli Chana’s daughter from his former marriage, but Lamiez bonds with the young girl like her child, which is very commendable.
“Child led parents meeting with my broke best friend…..she wrote about me and me new job on Metro too, Lamiez gushed.
The star has a thing for young kids. In 2020, Lamiez shared on Twitter about her dream of opening an orphanage for children in need. Her wishes came through, and just recently Lamiez asked for donations to furnish her orphanage. She asked followers if anyone would be willing to urgently donate 20 bunk beds or sell them to her at a reduced rate.
Her good heart even goes beyond children. Last year during the festive season, Lamiez gifted her nanny Mariana with her first flight home to Lesotho for Christmas. Taking to Twitter, the star said that Mariana was the unofficial fourth member of their family.
