Tweeps Share Hilarious Posts Over Thembi Seete’s Youthful Look. This is one lady who should direct us to the fountain of youth. Thembi Seete is the true definition of Black Don’t Crack. From face to body, Thembi is way younger than her actual age.
The truth of the matter is that Thembi was born in 1977, and she turned 44 years over a month ago. It seems like a lifetime since the talented singer and actress came into the scene in 1994. Thembi was one of the members of the kwaito super group Boom Shaka, which reigned supreme from 1994-2000. After the group split, she launched a solo career and everything seemed to fall into place.
Thembi the tried her hand in acting, landing a minor role in the 2000 film Hijack Stories. Her biggest role however was in the hard-hitting controversial SABC1 drama series Yizo Yizo. She also sang the popular track Sure Ntombazana for the soundtrack to Yizo Yizo 2 which was a stepping stone for her solo music career. Thembi went on to bag roles on several major shows among them, Zone 14, Gaz’lam and Rhythm City. At the moment, she plays the lead role of Gladys in Mzansi Magic telenovela Gomora.
Although she has been in the scene for over 26 years, Thembi still looks as young as ever. This has a lot of people shocked because each and every year she looks younger than she was before. It goes without saying why Thembi was the face of PONDS SA’s Age Miracle. Talk about your face earning you an endorsement deal!
By the way, she also owns a make-up range and runs a beauty bar called Azuri with Mbali Nkosi and Sharon Khuzwayo. Thembi is without a doubt all things beauty ad young!
