The two talented women will star in The Woman King which is directed by Gina Prince-Bythewood. The multi-award winning America actress spoke highly of Thuso, and she also posted on Twitter that she was excited to be working alongside our golden girl. It goes without saying that being praised by the likes of Viola, means you are up there with the greatest in the industry.
Another America giant has also recognized Thuso. Oprah Winfrey took to Instagram to gush over Thuso, as well as sing her praises. The TV mogul stated that Thuso, gave the performance of a lifetime playing Cora. She also added that great things are coming her way.
