Applications Open for the PSiRA Queue Marshall Job Vacancies. PSiRA has opportunities for Queue Marshalls on a 6 Months Fixed-Term Contract. The posts are open at KwaZulu Natal Province with a salary of R10 515, 64 per month.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• 6 – 12 months experience in customer service
• Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and applicable knowledge and experience on the Job may be considered during the selection process.

Essential Criteria:

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

• Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good organizational and administrative abilities
• Computer literacy
• Willingness to work overtime as required
• A people-oriented and service-driven approach.

Key Performance Areas:

• Maintain order and control in the waiting area
• Assist with screening clients and directing them to appropriate service points
• Direct clients to appropriate areas
• Welcome and provide guidance to clients and visitors
• Be able to give advice to waiting clients and provide clean cups for water
• Monitor and report any broken equipment or environmental issues
• Manage the helpdesk, handle queries, and attend to complaints
• Perform any other duties as delegated by the Supervisor.
