Unfortunately, even the most loved couples like Mona Monyane and Khulu Skenjana, do go through their problems and ultimately end up splitting. It is not even easy to remain friends after, more so if the couple parted ways on bad terms. By the look of things, Mona and Khulu are cool among exes who are cool with each other. They were married for four years before separating in 2020. Their first daughter, Ase-Ahadi Skenjana was born August 2016 and they welcomed their second baby girl, Amani-Amaza Wamazulu Skenjana on the 16th of November 2017.
It was quite a shock to many who look up to the couple, when Mona announced in 2020, that she and Khulu have separated. The talented actress cited that the battles that they have encountered as a couple have been difficult to overcome. Mona also asked people to respect the by not sensationalizing their separation.
Recently Khulu celebrated his birthday, and as expected he was showered with beautiful messages by loved ones. Mona also joined in and shared some throwback pictures of the good times they shared together. The beautiful pictures were simply captioed, “Happy Birthday Tatabo.”
