Hulisani Ravele Reveals The Awards Ceremony She Wishes To Host. In the entertainment industry, some gigs come to you, whereas for other gigs, you have to put yourself out there. Someone who has been in the industry for as long as Hulisani Ravele has, knows this very well. The talented media personality and entrepreneur has been in the entertainment industry for a whopping 24 years.

Hulisani’s career began in the late 90s, where she made her mark as a presenter on the popular kids programme, YoTV. The B.Comm Marketing Management Degree holder, left YOTV in November 2008 to join SABC1 as a trainee publicist and marketing assistant. She is among child stars who are still relevant even to this day as adults. Hulisani is now counted among media personalities, who are currently a force to be reckoned with in SA.

She is also a great MC, who hosted major awards ceremonies like the Samas 2019 Industry Awards. Just like any other hard ambitious personality out there, there are certain hosting gigs that Hulisani aims at bagging. At the moment she has her eyes set on the SAFTas. Currently the SAFTas are looking for a production company to implement what they have dubbed as a different ceremony to any other.

“Whoever gets this tender, please find me when you’re looking for a host! 24 years in the game and never hosted the SAFTAs!? Imagine,” Hulisani responded to the tender that the SAFTas put out.
