Another thing, the award winning telenovela, bid farewell to one of their talented actresses, Larona Moagi. She played the troubled Itumeleng, a character who has been with the show since it started three years ago. Tumi was killed by her own mother, Lindiwe, who is played by the phenomenal award winning actress, Sindi Dlathu this past Friday. This unfortunately marked the end of the road for Larona on The River.

The news of her exit saddened many people including fans and colleagues. To bid Larona farewell, her onscreen mother Sindi, took to Twitter to send her a beautiful note. Sindi wishes Larona nothing but the best in life. She also spoke about the joy of working with Larona on a daily basis, and how proud she is of her.
