Sad Note! Tributes Pour In For Talented Actor Ceagan Arendse Who Committed Suicide. Every day, we continue to receive sad news of talented stars who have passed away. Recently, we lost actor Ceagan Arendse who took his own life. His family confirmed that the 34-year-old actor from Paarl suffered from depression and committed suicide on Saturday.
Arendse, is known for his role as Woelag in Afrikaans soapie Arendsvlei. Ceagan was a well-known actor on local screens with roles in Suidooster as Frankie, and Theo in Projek Dina.
In a statement Ceaganโs family said: “It is with sad and heavy hearts we inform friends and fans that our beloved Ceagan Arendse passed away early hours of Sunday morning, 14th February 2021.”
Tributes poured in for the talented actor, and we also wish to extend our sincere condolences to the family of Arendse, colleagues, fans and everyone affected by the passing.
