Production Accounts Administrator

Job description

Geometry Global is the world’s largest activation network, born out of the merger between G2, OgilvyAction, JWTAction and part of the WPP Group.

We currently have a vacancy for a Production Accounts Administrator.

Duties include but not limited to:
Daily-
Raising cost estimates and purchase orders
Collecting and submitting CE’s and PO’s and submitting timeously to be put into checked or issued (after mark ups/correct work type codes/BU, etc. have been checked)
Managing the processing and payment of invoices
Managing payment schedules and deadlines
Facilitating and managing changes/cancellations of orders
Sorting out queries
Managing systematic approval process
Managing creditors and timings thereof

Weekly-
Reconciliation of completed jobs
Providing WIP mid-month reports
Scheduling and running meetings pertaining to job progress/status

Requirements

Requirements include but not limited to the following:
Previous experience in an advertising agency (highly beneficial)
Excellent attention to detail
Team player
Sound financial acumen
Strong communication skills
Assertive
Systems orientated
Understands urgency
Able to work in a high pressure environment
Understanding of financial processes
Experience on Chase (highly beneficial)
