DJ Fresh and Euphonik’s Rape Allegation Case Dismissed. Last month one social media user, made some serious allegations against DJ Fresh And Euphonik. She said the two DJ’s drugged and sexually assaulted her. The news left social media divided into two, with one side believing her, and other people questioning the credibility of her story.

“DJ Fresh & Euphonik, will you ever acknowledge drunking me & further raping me? I was completely drugged & I don’t whether you both raped me or 1 of you did & later laughed about it the next morning saying we (me & 3 girls) were so drunk we kept blacking out but [you raped us],” she said

DJ Fresh and Euphonik, then released a statement in which they revealed that they are stepping away from all their public work engagements until the rape allegation issue has been resolved. Amidst the controversy, Primedia Broadcasting, announced that it has parted ways with the two DJs. In a statement the media company says the decision was made after careful consideration of events over the last few weeks, and was made in the best interest of the company and its stakeholders.

DJ Fresh and Euphonik have just released a statement regarding the developments of the case. The statement states that the Chief Prosecutor, has dismissed the allegations on the basis that they are without merit. They went on to say that these were false allegations and they are saddened that Gender Based Violence, which is crisis in this country, was weaponized in this manner.

Fresh and Euphonik thanked their families, friends, supporters and legal team for standing by them through this trying time. We remain to see if the two will take Ms Madikizela to court, or they will let it slide.
