In December 2020, Nomzamo Mbatha announced that her foundation has partnered with Hollywood Bets to award students with a with a sponsorship of R1 Million. The sponsorship is meant to help South African youth who wish to pursue their tertiary education or who have outstanding fees.
Well, the deadline for entries have been reached, but this does not mean The Nomzamo Mbatha Lighthouse Foundation is done with their business. During these times of pandemic, people need assistance like never before. Hence, Nomzamo has partnered with two organizations, Cotton On and Unilever, to come through for underprivileged students.
They will be gifting primary schools in Gauteng, Kwazulu Natal, Polokwane and the Western Cape with jerseys, school shoes as well as some cool goodies. The trio are also looking for one high school in the Eastern Cape where they can support one learner with full stationery
“We have put together 500 packs that include: -A SCHOOL JERSEY -A pair of SCHOOL SHOES -Unilever care products -Cotton On goodies,” Nomzamo announced.

In February 2020, Nomzamo joied forces with Hollywood Bets to show their support for educational development. They gave away over R500 000 worth of bursaries to 70 deserving young people across the country.
