SA Celebs and Their Epic Voting Day Content. Wednesday 29 May was one of the most important days for many South Africans. It was the much anticipated national general elections. Citizens went out in multitudes to exercise their constitutional rights and vote for their preferred representatives.
As expected, there were long queues, with voters in certain areas having to be in line for hours. The voting even when past the 9pm deadline time, as there were still people queuing to vote. Some political parties arranged transportation and refreshments for voters facing long queues.
One thing about South Africans, they won’t allow such setbacks, to dampen their moods. There are those who still took to social media with entertaining content. Celebrities, as they are trendsetters, led the way with cool pictures and videos of how their voting went like.
