Even in the middle of a pandemic, these individuals continue to show us that, our dreams are still valid. The likes of Somizi, who recently hit the number one sport with his cookbook are the inspiration we all need.

We also have other celebrities like Trevor Noah, Linda Mtoba, Dineo Ranaka, who have worked hard for their major accomplishments.

A month ago, the phenomenal Somizi, released his cookbook, Dinner At Somizi’s – I’m Not A Chef. The book is now the number one selling book in Food & Beverage chart in South Africa.

Dineo Ranaka

It looks like this is going to be Dineo Ranaka’s year. Her Brains At Work Media Productions, came through with two major shows which premiered in 2021. Her new drama Mzali Wam and the fourth season of The Ranakas recently debuted on Mzansi Magic.

Linda Mtoba also began the year on a high note. The actress and social media influencer has announced on her Instagram that she will be hosting a new parenting show for moms and dads, sponsored by Huggies titled ‘Lights Camera Baby’.

Without a doubt he is South Africa’s biggest export. Trevor Noah who is making waves in the US, recently bought himself a R412 million mansion in the lavish suburb of Bel-Air. Talk about soft living.
