Requirements:

To be considered for this programme, you must:

• Be a South African Citizen
• Age: 18-35

Required Documents:

• Matric Certificate
• ID Copy
• Qualification or Transcript
• Be a recently qualified graduate with a degree, or Advanced Diploma in one of the following fields:

1. Human Resource Management
   • Basic understanding of HR principles and labor practices
   • Organizational and administrative abilities  
2. Accounting or Financial Management
   • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
   • Strong numerical and analytical skill  
3. Creative-Art Direction
   • Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
   • Understanding of branding and visual storytelling  
4. Marketing 
   • Good understanding of marketing principles
   • Strong communication and writing skills
   • Strong research and analytical skills
   • Ability to interpret data and insights  
   • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
   • Understanding of marketing strategies and campaigns  
   • Basic skills in video editing, animation, or audio production
   • Familiarity with multimedia software/tools
