“Today Was a Tough Day,” Connie Ferguson Remembers Shona 2 Months After His Passing. Grief is an ongoing progress. One minute you think you are over it, and the next minute you are back at square one. This is exactly what Connie Ferguson who lost her husband two months ago is feeling.

Many were impressed just how strong she was when she was among the speakers at Shona Ferguson’s memorial service. Ever since then, Connie has been sharing Biblical scriptures, motivational quotes as well as the great times she had with her late husband on social media. She also recently went back to work, and is killing her role as Harriet Khoza on The Queen.

Thursday September 30th, marked two months since we lost Shona, and it was such an emotionally draining for his widow, Connie. The award winning actress and entrepreneur poured out her heart on how difficult it has been for her. Although it was a tough day, Connie was grateful that by God’s grace she managed to get through work.
