Narrative is an innovative content marketing agency with offices in Cape Town and Johannesburg. Narrative specialises in digital publishing and communications. We produce content for our clients to inform, educate and inspire their customers about their products and services. We work across the following platforms; digital magazines, print magazines, e-newsletters, promotional emails, brochures, booklets, video and social media.
Description summary:
The traffic intern is responsible for supporting the workflow of all job bags across all platforms ensuring that deadlines are managed and met without exception and that staff and suppliers are adequately briefed to deliver on time.
Position overview
- Make use of Chase Production to manage all traffic workflow
- Receive all briefs and create all job bags
- Workflow job bags between editors, freelancers, sub editors, proof readers and the design studio
- Collect all digital and print advertising material from advertisers ensuring that the material is “digital ready” or “print ready” – print material via AdSend
Technical skills:
- Excel, MS Word, Email and Chase Production
- Exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to juggle many complex tasks at one time
- Self-starter and ability to work unsupervised
- Time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superb administration skills and ability

None
No work experience necessary though advantageous
