Mbuyiseni Ndlozi Claps Back At Tito Mboweni Over Clicks Protests
Mbuyiseni Ndlozi Claps Back At Tito Mboweni Over Clicks Protests. Over the past couples of days, Clicks SA has been receiving backlash because of their recent advert. The health and cosmetic store triggered many over images on their website, which most viewed as showing prejudice against natural black hair.
On social media the stores was dragged, with many asking for it to be closed. It didn’t end on social media, as violent protests broke out at malls across the country causing over 400 Clicks stores to close down. EFF leaders have shown support to the closure of the stores, urging their members to go out in numbers to protest.
Unfortunately, some protests were not that peaceful and there has been damage to some properties. Finance Minister, Tito Mboweni was left unimpressed by the damage of private property that happened due to the protest. EFF mouthpiece, Mbuyiseni Ndlozi clapped back at Mboweni’s tweet calling him a sell out among other things.
“That Clicks had a racist advert in the first place reflects the failure of the freedom you fought for. If I were you, I would chose the freedom to keep silent & not expose that tinfish Lucky Star logic of selective amnesia, revisionism & petty bourgeois mannerisms! Sell out!“
