Job description

A leading player in the sales and marketing industry is looking to expand their sales teams.

This will be the selling of insurance (mainly niche cancer cover and accidental disability covers) to pre contacted leads who have already agreed to the call.

We only work on referrals and thus there is absolutely no cold calling.

The only duty of sales consultants is to convert leads into sales (conversational and influential) we do not sell aggressively.

All sales are conducted telephonically.

We do not have claw-backs and thus we do not wait for you to reach a certain target before you qualify for basic or your commission.

We pay you an x amount per sale on top of basic. On reaching 100% of targets (six p/d) you can expect income above R45,000.

Salaries are all above market related and we offer uncapped commission on top of a monthly R5,500 basic salary + benefits (med aid, death and disability cover, reimbursement of Gautrain travel).

We want sales professionals who know that they can sell and who has a very assertive and persuasive personality.

Successful candidates will start in training which runs for a minimum of nine weeks, you need to complete each week to move to the next with higher incentive structures, once completed you are made permanent with us. (Uncapped commission structure applies during training as well and you will still be paid for every sale even during training).

Requirements

Matric

No ITC, blacklisting’s or judgements

Two to four years sales experience.
