Vacancy: Customer Care Officer

Candidates Attributes
Motor vehicle manufacturer (OEM) situated in the East Rand, requires a Customer Care Officer.
The successful candidate should be professional, pay attention to detail, have the ability to listen to the customer and successfully resolve the issue at hand in the best interest of the customer satisfaction
The applicant must be friendly, positive, driven, dominant yet professional, have a good knowledge of verbal and written communication, knowledge of systems and procedures, and be fully computer literate. Be able to get results and have the ability to resolve issues professionally, quickly and objectively.
Duties:
o Data validation
o Inbound and outbound calls (for customers logging complaints)
o Capturing of information on customers
o Complaints, escalate to relevant case manager
o Investigate parts delays
o Coordinate media enquiries regarding customer complaints
o Attend to e-mail and fax enquiries
o Liaison between dealership and client
Skills
o Customer Care experience at OEM or dealership level (motor industry) ESSENTIAL
o Autoline an advantage
o PC literate on MS Word/ Excel / Outlook
o Experience in dealing with difficult customers (must have excellent handling skills)
o Very persistent
o Must be organized and see a project through from start to finish
o Must have excellent customer care skills, telephone skills and lots of patience
o Must enjoy dealing with people
