Gail Mabalane Joins Her Husband Kabelo In His Run For Charity. Talk about a selfless couple. Just a few days ago, Gail Mabalane took to social media to praise her husband on his philanthropic spirit. The talented actress spoke about how inspired she is by Kabelo’s initiative to feed 10 000 children for a whole year.

Gail has now taken it upon herself to join her husband and also pledge R5 000. This coming Sunday Gail will joining Kabelo and Peteni Kuzwayo for a 10km solidarity run.Mabalane and Khuzwayo started running on Monday and will be on the road for 17-days, averaging a speed of about 35-kilometres per day.

“On Sunday, I’m joining @kabelomabalane @petenikuzwayo @wemovethenation for a 10km solidarity run. They are running from JHB – DBN, in the hopes of raising R6million to help feed 10 000 children for a year via JAM (Joint Aid Management),” Gail said.

Gail also challenged Connie Ferguson, Basetsana Kumalo and Danny K as well as the rest of South Africa to contribute to this cause.

“With this, I’d like to pledge R5 000 towards this incredible initiative…and wish to challenge my big sisters & inspirations @connie_ferguson @basetsanakumalo and also @dannykj23 to pledge and donate towards my leg of the run on Sunday. ?? I also want to challenge every corporate, and individual who is in a position to help.”
