SA Celebs React To The Police Brutality Against Black People Across The World. Following the death of George Floyd, the whole world has come together to address cases of police brutality more especially on black people.

On May 25, Minneapolis police officers arrested 46 year old George Floyd, after a deli employee called 911, accusing him of buying cigarettes with a counterfeit $20 bill. After the first squad car arrived at the scene, Mr. Floyd was pinned on the ground, cried for help and minutes later showed no signs of life.

There have been riots in Minneapolis and a number of States across the US, with protesters demanding justice and a better system. Celebrities have also used their social status to speak against race related crimes done by the police.

Here in South Africa some of our most vocal celebrities like Ntsiki Mazwai, Hlomla Dandala and Pearl Thusi weighed in on the matter.
