Just a few years back he bought himself and his wife, Esperanca Mbha brand new Audi sports cars.
This time around the one receiving a big gift is his 5 year old daughter Boitumelo Joan Mbha. The real estate mogul and reality TV star has made sure that his daughter’s future is secured with a profound birthday gift. For her 5th birthday Boitumelo has been gifted an apartment by his dad.
“I bought you something very nice. So you now own an apartment. But I’m going to get you a tenant that’s gonna stay there and they going to pay you rent. I’m going to save all that rent and when you turn 21 you can move in there. In 16 years, you can go move in there because I want you out of here,” he said as he presented Boitumelo with her apartment keys.
Boitumelo couldn’t help but jump up and down and hug her dad thanking him for the gift. Talk about generational wealth!
