Role Purpose

As a Sales Associate, your primary role is to act as a brand ambassador while ensuring every customer has a positive shopping experience. You will contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining the store’s standards and supporting team goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the Jet brand and provide outstanding customer service
• Exceed customer expectations by offering the best solutions
• Track sales performance and work towards achieving targets
• Sell a diverse product range while staying up to date with fashion and décor trends
• Identify opportunities to make new sales
• Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is ready for customers at all times

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required
• Retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential
